Gentle cooking with steam

With steam cooking, food is cooked by rising steam. Since the ingredients are not lying directly in the water, flavor, color, and water-soluble nutrients can be better preserved than with classic boiling in water.

The perforated base of the steamer insert allows steam to reach the ingredients, enabling a particularly gentle preparation.

More possibilities with your nesto cookware

The steamer insert is designed for use with nesto pots Ø 22 and Ø 24 cm. This adds an additional preparation method to your existing cookware without the need for a separate electric steamer.

Thanks to its compact design, the insert is easy to store after use.
